This 11 town-home development was a dynamic build with an extensive site plan. Includes an 18-car parking garage in which the units were constructed on top.

over 37,000 sq Ft this project was an awesome opportunity for Fresh Coast to sharpen our knowledge and experience with builds at this scale.

August 2020

Charlton

Charlton proved to be an interesting, yet cost effective project. Our team was able to essentially cut the roof off of an existing 1-story house and add a higher peak with a pair of dormers.

This Added 1750 sq ft to the 2nd floor, enough for 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

Cosmetic Upgrades throughout the 1st Floor and basement making the property far more valuable. A successful flip for our team!

A Full demo and re-build,we Got involved in this project about a quarter of the way in to help speed up the process and improve the overall quality of work.

With our commitment to clear and concise communication this project was back on track and wrapped up in a timely fashion at a tremendously high standard.
